Does any experience issues with CA state tax return?

They supposed to issue a tax refund to me by today but now their system says I have to wait over 3 months to get my refund.

Does any experience issues with CA state tax return?

TurboTax gets no information from the state after you file your tax return.  Only the state can explain the reason for the delay.  Contact the state.
