TurboTax does not receive any information from a state after the state tax return has been filed and accepted.
What does the state letter you received say about why they changed your tax return so that you owe $1,200?
Did you forget to enter some Oklahoma sourced income?

But it only covers actual CALCULATION errors in the program, not user error (and it’s almost always user error), and it only pays any penalties or interest resulting from that error, not the taxes. Either way, you are still responsible for the increase in tax.
