Arizona 2021 tax return missing pages

I just printed my 2021 Arizona return and it has 3 pages. However, at the bottom right corner of each page is printed, "Page 1 of 6", "Page 2 of 6", "Page 3 of 6".

Why are pages 4-6 missing from the return printout? Are there supposed to be 6 pages?

Turbo Tax will only print out the forms/pages needed for your return. If the pages did not print, they are not necessary to file the return.
