Purchased TurboTax Desktop Premium from Costco.
Installed and activated it using the license code.
When I'm trying to e-file, its asking to pay "45$ TurboTax Premium Fee Applies".
How to fix it ?
NOTE - I switched from one laptop to another, so had to reinstall the TurboTax desktop here.

I had to call support here - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/contact
and then do screen share.
And then in my TurboxTax Desktop -> Help -> Purchase Code -> State-efile, opened up a dialog which asked for confirmation code.
The support provided the confirmation code, after which I was able to efile.
That is the service charge when you have the California state efile fee $25 deducted from your federal refund. You can pay the $25 with a credit card and avoid the extra charge. Go back though the File tab SLOWLY and read all the screens. People get going to fast and click on the wrong button to continue. Watch out for this screen. OR you can print and mail state for free.
Oh, and you get a $10 rebate from Costco. It will automatically apply to the $25 efile fee so it's only $15 to efile state.
The product you bought from Costco is actually called "Premier", not "Premium." I realize that can be confusing. And there is even an online edition called "Premium" that further confuses some. But Premium Services arises for California filers when one tries to pay a fee out of the Federal refund, as shown by VolvoGirl above.
Thanks for replying.
I already bought the state e-file for CA separately for 15$ (got 10$ from costco), so it shouldn't be charging me for state e-file again .
