Philadelphia requires a school income tax to be paid for unearned income such as stock dividends. If those dividends are generated within a Roth IRA or Traditional IRA can they be excluded as income?

TT does not support the Philadelphia School Tax, so please contact the Philadelphia tax authorities.
you don't get a 1099-DIV for IRAs, and that is how it is excluded.
