Paying with credit card

I am trying to e-file a state return, but when I try to pay with a credit card, I can't get past the first screen that asks for my billing address.

Does your credit card address match what address is on your return?  To use a credit card the billing address has to match the address on your return.

The window is too large for the screen and the "continue" button is at the bottom of the window and moved off the screen and you can't hit "continue".

A trick that often works is to minimize the screen a little.  Hold down the control button (ctrl) while hitting the minus key ( - ) (just above the P).  Do that a few times and you should be able to see the bottom of the screen.
