Oregon residents are taxed on income earned everywhere (i.e. "gross income") so your Tennessee earnings are taxable to OR. States provide a credit for double taxed income. However, Tennessee has no income tax, so there is no credit for tax paid to another state.
You can leave the state boxes (15-20) on the W-2 blank. You do not need a state code since the income is taxed by Oregon.
