Did you enter it into your tax return or did you already file without that one?  You have to enter all your income on the same return.  If they didn't take out any withholding in box 2 you might owe it when you file your tax return.  That's why you fill out the tax return each year.  To reconcile the withholding to the actual tax on your total income.  The withholding is just an estimate to cover what you will owe.

Did you get a W2 for that job?  Too late to do anything about it now.  You may owe more tax on your whole tax return because of it.

If you got a 1099Misc instead of a W2 post back.  That is self employment income.

Yes, I did get W2. The W2 shows medicare and ssn taxes only, which my employer has deducted.

Will IRS be able to reconcile my tax status if I file return with this? or Do I have to fill any extra forms to let IRS know my situation?

I am yet to file. So I understand that filing my tax return with the documents I have is enough in this situation for IRS to reconcile actual taxes on my income.

Correct me if I am wrong.
