Oklahoma state tax

I am on social security and retired. I had refund for filling jointly last year but this year I don't have any refund from Oklahoma state with same income like last year. I had refund of 1000 $ last year and this year only 80 $.

Is there new rule in Oklahoma now? I don't know if i am not getting standard deduction for filling jointly in Oklahoma anymore.

Thanks

Did you retire recently?    When you got a state refund for last year, did you work for part of the year before you retired and have state tax withheld from your pay?   If you are on Social Security now, you are not having state tax withheld from your SS because OK does not tax Social Security.   Did you have any 2020 income from which state tax would have been withheld?    Tax refunds are the result of having too much tax withheld from your income.   If you did not have tax withheld, there is nothing from which to issue a refund.

Me and my wife we both retired for last 6 years and on social security. we are more than 70 year old.  I had IRA 1099 R and 1099 INT. Which was same like last year.
