How do I go back and delete my Tennessee tax return?

No I'm in the process of doing it now. It first said that I had to file my TN state tax return (moved to TEXAS? on  04/22/16). So I went file TN. It transferred my information then it said I didn't need to file it that I can delete it. I don't want to be charged for TN if I don't have to file it I would rather just delete it.
