How do I pay with my credit card for my 2018 e-file of state taxes?

What are you doing? You need to explain more. You can't currently efile anything from 2018 using TurboTax software.

If you are asking about paying your 2019 (not 2018) tax, see page 5 at https://www.tax.ohio.gov/portals/0/forms/ohio_individual/individual/2019/PIT_IT1040_Booklet.pdf

which says, in part:

Credit or Debit Card
You can pay using a debit or credit card
by visiting www.officialpayments.com
or calling 1-800-272-9829. This payment
method charges your credit card (Discover,
Visa, MasterCard or American Express).
Note: When paying using this method, you
will be provided a confirmation number.
Keep this number with your tax records.
Official Payments charges a convenience
fee equal to 2.5% of your payment or $1,
whichever is greater. The state of Ohio
does not receive any of this fee. The

payment will appear on your credit card
statement as two separate entries – one
for the payment itself and a second for the
Official Payments service fee.

I don't know if they will take past tear payments there.
