which says, in part:
Credit or Debit Card
You can pay using a debit or credit card
by visiting www.officialpayments.com
or calling 1-800-272-9829. This payment
method charges your credit card (Discover,
Visa, MasterCard or American Express).
Note: When paying using this method, you
will be provided a confirmation number.
Keep this number with your tax records.
Official Payments charges a convenience
fee equal to 2.5% of your payment or $1,
whichever is greater. The state of Ohio
does not receive any of this fee. The
payment will appear on your credit card
statement as two separate entries – one
for the payment itself and a second for the
Official Payments service fee.
I don't know if they will take past tear payments there.
