Ohio Form SD 100 Earned Income Tax Base is flagging any amount in line 24 as needing to be fixed. But we must enter an amount there because we did not live in a school income taxed district the entire year. How do I get around this to be able to e-file? The amount we have entered is what we earned while a resident in the district which is what should be entered here. We moved to a district without school taxes in a different county. This seems like a software glitch.

This is not a software glitch. If you lived in a school district with a school district tax at the end of the year, you should leave it blank so that you can efile.
I did not live in a school district with a school income tax at the end of the year. I lived in one until 9/1/2022. I needed to complete line 24.
I left it blank so I could e-file. After submitting, I reviewed it again and saw that the program inserted the exact same dollar amount in line 24 even though the audit had previously flagged it and I left it blank.
