Link is missing from your post, please re-post.  I guess we give it couple more days and mail in paper copy.

This does not solve the problem as it cannot be paper filed without penalty. I need the TT tax online portal to do what it’s supposed to. I filled it out and waiting 2 weeks for bank debit.

NYS form IT-204-LL

Why hasn't my IT-204LL payment been debited from my bank account that was scheduled for 3-3-23? I have a screen shot that reflects this payment is scheduled. Turbotax is now forcing me to either buy other software or pay a tax professional to file this form for my 5 businesses using Turbotax. I have been questioning this for 2 weeks and all Turbotax can offer is someone intermittently monitoring the community providing information that is not on point. How can you not have a method to speak with someone to solve the product's failures. Filing a paper copy is not an option without a penalty in NY.

I "think" I just filed the IT 204-LL NYS form and paid the fee via Turbo tax. I received a notice at the end that said, "Done! You've e-filed your New York State partnership filing fee".

Can I be SURE that it filed the form and that the fee is paid?

I've seen other comments that people are printing the form and sending it via snail mail with payment.

This is absolutely ridiculous as I filed 2 separate IT-204LL on your web portal, entered banking information and the funds have not been debited. This was done 2 weeks ago when the web portal specifically for this purpose was opened. Turbotax shows complete disrespect for their customers by ignoring numerous requests to get an answer and stop needless efforts on my behalf. I am now forced to file through a different method and waste additional time as paper filing incurs a penalty or if it is debited afterwards, trying to get the funds returned. This coupled with numerous errors in the NYC filing forms that I uncovered and 2 of them has not even been replied to. Wouldn't  you think TT would embrace rectifying THEIR errors in order to provide a better or should I say accurate product. My lord.

Any recommendations on another way of e-filing IT-204-LL that people here are using / have used with success?  This experience has made me seriously question why not try another software for Biz filing instead of TT.

I have looked but not without purchasing a more advanced product and at this late date there would be a learning curve I’m afraid. The paper filing penalty isn’t severe but the unknown as to whether what we filed gets debited is more of the issue for me as it’s around $5,000 for my companies. This is inexcusable plus the NYC-204 is still severely flawed and like this issue, community “experts” don’t address the core issue(s). I regret selecting TT and will surely seek other options in the future. They are a sub-standard business product (haven’t used the personal product). Regrettably i paid my accountant this morning to process my 5 IT-204LL filings.

On March 1st I used TurboTax to file form IT-204-LL and to pay filing fee. So far payment did not go through, and I haven't received confirmation email from TurboTax. This morning I called NYS Department of Taxation and they confirmed that form was not filed. Their suggestion was to mail the form with a check by March 15th. They confirmed that Turbotax Business is not approved software to file this form for 2022. You can see this on the NYS web site. Here is the link with list of approved software.

Totally off topic and useless response. Your company is unreal. Payment date was set for 2 weeks ago. Your link provides nothing “on topic”.

Was anyone able to file Form IT-204-LL in TurboTax for Business desktop version?  I've seen response that the form was not available since January 2023.

Thank you for the instructions.  My desktop version still does not show the IT-204-LL form or fee payment option.  Any suggestions?
