NY IT-2105.9 penalty calculation ignoring quarterly estimated tax payments made on IT-201line 75 in required withholding per period and is not allowing quarterly payments made to be included in IT-2105.9 line 26, therefore line 26 is only including withheld tax and not including estimated tax paid as per form instructions.

Token 161576731-70320373 New York IT-2105.9 tax penalty calculation is not allowing entry onto line 19 or 26 and is ignoring NY IT-201 line 75 estimated tax payment made via Form IT-370 in calculating tax penalty on IT 2105.9 line 20 total tax withheld.
Can you post a screenshot of the token #? The spam filter thought it was a phone number or something.

Similar issue. 2105.9 shows the correct total estimate but includes my 2d quarter estimate as if it was made in the 4th quarter, thereby showing that I underestimated and am subject to penalty. Elsewhere, the NY "Tax Payments Worksheet" has it correct.
You have to enter your estimated taxes paid on the federal screens. To do so in TurboTax Desktop, please follow the instructions below:
Please make that correction.
There appears ro be an error on the NY IT-2105.9 when using the AI that I want to point out. This is the form used for uneven income. There is no problem with that page. However line 25 of this page goes to NY 2105.9 Part 3 Line 25 ((No problem there). Line 26 is filled in from Credit Section of the 1040 where you enter Estimated Payments by Quarter. However for the 4th Quarter it is adding the balance due to this payment. I have just done an override with the corrwct amount. Users will be really happen that this mistake will reault in zero penalty, which may not be correct. Hopefully this message will get to someone in tech for a correction.
