My Daughter worked part time in Utah as a non-resident for 3 weeks in a snow cone hut and made less than 600 and did not receive a w2 from the employer will she need to add this to her current Tax return for her other job in Missouri which she made over 5k?

Even if she made only $1 she should get a W2.  Ask them for it. Maybe they sent it to the wrong address.  For federal you have to report ALL your income no matter how small.
