That is screwy...I don't see such behavior on may TTX Desktop Premier with NC installed.
(I assume you are using the Desktop software)
1) Try running your software updates again.
still no go?
2) you might have to call Customer Support and see what they can do...not sure what happens then. Might have to completely uninstall TTX, and reinstall...but this time, using a brand-new installation file that contains all the main program updates, before downloading and installing the state again. (you have to install the state before you attempt to open your already-created tax file).
