My state tax files have not been submitted to the state (submitted on March 29th). How can I contact a TurboTax agent regarding this issue?

I recived my federal return two days ago. State has not received any tax documents yet. This happened last year too with TurboTax. Could you solve this issue?

You can log into your TurboTax account to determine the status of your state tax return.  If you have electronically filed, you will be able to check the status of your returns under the File menu.

If the return shows up as being filed and accepted, you will need to contact the state agency directly.  They may be taking longer to process returns in general or because of all the tax law changes that have occurred during this filing season.
