My Ohio return is rejected because of duplicate SD 100

I have a duplicated school district tax in my return that keeps repopulating every time that I run error check.  When I delete it reappears.  I paid to file my Ohio return but it will not allow it.  Can I file by mail and get a refund on my e-file

You can just delete both copies of the SD100 and then go through your Ohio return again.  It should create the correct form for you to e-file again.
