multiple state filing - dual-taxes paid on Income

I am full time resident of WV state and have remotely worked for 3 months in 2020 (never lived or worked in other states). In turbotax I have filed as non-resident for the other 2 states (NJ and IN) and filing as Resident for WV but state summary section doesn't seem right. All my taxes were paid to NJ and IN only - I didn't pay any Taxes to WV

In "other state information" screen  why does Turbo tax mention I need to verify "Income taxed by both states" and "tax paid to Indiana on double taxed income" ? (when I haven't paid any WV taxes this year)

The language used here makes me think TurboTax is considering I paid my taxes to WV as well (which isn't correct)

TurboTax sees that  no income taxes in WV and only wants to verify the amounts.  Since you are preparing 3 state returns the NJ and IN returns should be prepared first and the resident state return, WV, should be prepared last to allow the credits to other states to occur.

Thank you !  I don't see full credit for the taxes I paid to other 2 states as nonresident... or even from WV for the other 2 states I paid nonresident taxes

Is this OK or normal ?? Am I supposed to get only partial refunds back even when filing as nonresident?? (Both from my state and other nonresident states)

If you did not physically work in either Indiana or New Jersey, but were only working remotely, neither state taxes you.  (New Jersey used to, and Indiana never has taxed a telecommuter).  So you really need to file both returns with 0 incomes, getting back all taxes being paid in.  However, as a West Virginia resident, all of your income is taxed there.  Your situation is similar to if you were working in one of West Virginia's neighbor states with whom they have reciprocity.  If you work in one of these states, and taxes are withheld to that reciprocal state, you must file a tax return to get a refund of those taxes, but you will pay the full tax to West Virginia.  Same thing here.  There will be no credit for taxes paid to other states.

I don't see an option to file both nonresident state returns with 0 incomes, TurboTax tax is pulling all the info from federal and all the income portions are filled automatically for each state

NJ return has no option to select "didnt live or work in the state" ..or something similar to working remotely

How do I select the option OR fill the returns to say that I earned zero income in those states ?

On the New Jersey return you should see a screen entitled "About this W2 wage income".  Check all boxes to make all of the income not taxable in New Jersey.

Indiana should have an override entry box to change the Indiana amount to 0.
