Moved from DC to MD. How do I enter deduction portions?

I moved from DC to MD in May (and work in VA).  How do I figure out portions for the following questions in TurboTax?  "Enter the portion of your federal itemized deductions that applies to the time you were a DC resident.", "Enter the portion of your state and local tax deduction from federal Schedule A, line 7, that was paid to DC." and "Enter the portion of your state and local real estate tax deduction from Form 1040 or 1040-SR, Schedule A, Line 5b that was paid to DC."?

And an added portion.  For the DC return, do I fill out the "Subtractions from Federal Income, Part-year" page?  How do I calculate the "Income Received While Residing Outside DC"?  For instance, I lived in DC 143 days.  Is that amount 143/365*total_year_income?  Or is that too simple?

Your itemized deductions would typically be state tax withheld from your pay, mortgage interest, property taxes and contributions. You need to calculate how much of those amounts were paid when you lived in DC.

For the state and local taxes paid to DC, you will find them on your W-2 form, in boxes 17 and 19, on the W-2 that lists "DC" in box 15.

For the real estate taxes, multiply the total tax for the year by the number of months you were in DC during 2019, and divide it by 12.
