After I paid to efile my Minnesota taxes, during transmission I get an error on Form M15 indicating the "Underpayment Statement" is not supported by efile. Is this a bug? If not, how do I get my state file payment refunded, and my Store Credit restored?

According to the forms availability, this form is able to be submitted by e-file.
If you need the fee refunded as you got charged a second time when filing, please click here to give us a call. Please be sure to ask for a fee refund, as if you say refund it will lead to a different team.
Thank you for your response. To be clear, are you saying both Schedule M15 and the Underpayment Statement document are supported?
Here is the exact message from the application:
"Schedule M15; Line 22 If there is an amount on line 22, and the Underpayment Statement was used to calculate the underpayment penalty, the return must be mailed. The Underpayment Statement is not supported for electronic filing."
I have the same issue. It appears that if you are filing Minnesota tax and have an underpayment penalty there is no way to file electronically. The error "Schedule M15; Line 22 If there is an amount on line 22, and the Underpayment Statement was used to calculate the underpayment penalty, the return must be mailed. The Underpayment Statement is not supported for electronic filing." keeps coming up blocking the e-filing. This is clearly a bug that needs to be fixed.
Please see Schedule M15 for an explanation of the possible penalty and if it relates to you. There are exceptions and you can see the information provided here. Please scroll to page 3 of the form to see an explanation and more details. If you do owe the penalty and can't submit your tax return through e-file, you may have to mail it in moving forward.
The Schedule M15 form should be available to e-file. Please see the forms availability chart here for Minnesota.
