My mac cannot be upgraded to macOS Ventura 13 and will not complete the download.  Now what?

Minimum Software Requirements

If your Mac does not meet the system requirements you will not be able to use the desktop download software.   You should seek a refund for the download and you could use online TurboTax instead.   You cannot pay for the download with the license key.   Online is priced differently.
