Mineral rights Royaty

I live in Oregon. I get a mineral rights royalty from North Dakota. under $1200 it auto deducts $25 state tax. I have been doing this for years and this time the software wont let me move forward unless i file with North Dakota. Never had to do that before. Because of the low amount I would get the $25 back but spend $40 on the form.  How can I bypass?

 Let's try to remove your ND state tax return from your program. Go to:

1. After logging into Turbo Tax, go to state in the left pane of your return.
2. If there is a summary of state returns, delete North Dakota.
3. Now see if you are still receiving the messages.
4. if this is successful, visit here to efile your state return with North Dakota and receive  your money back.
