Let's try to remove your ND state tax return from your program. Go to:
- After logging into Turbo Tax, go to state in the left pane of your return.
- If there is a summary of state returns, delete North Dakota.
- Now see if you are still receiving the messages.
- if this is successful, visit here to efile your state return with North Dakota and receive your money back.
