When I do a review on my Michigan return I get the error below. I have retried multiple time on multiple days and have updated my software each time. I also tried re-entering the number but it still shows as an error. I have tried submitting this previously but got no response. Hoping someone can help? I have been submitting and working on this for over2 weeks without resolution. Initially I was having the same problem as other on my federal return and could not get that to work. I was able to get by that issue and then moved on to my State return. (MI). That went fine until I did a review on MI return when I got the error below. Another thing I noticed is that after getting by the 8915-E issue that in my forms list there is a for number 8915-T but when I open that form the title of the form shows 8915-E? This doesn't seem to cause any errors but thought it was worth mentioning. My main issue is being able to get rid of the MI review error.
