Michigan 529 contribution deduction for nonresident

I have income in Michigan though I live in Kentucky.  I make 529 contributions to the Michigan Education Savings Plan (MESP) but I don't see where to enter them.  When I look here at similar questions the answer is usually see the "Here's income that Michigan handles differently" advice to enter it as an education expense.  Below is my corresponding page but I don't see anything about education?  Is there somewhere else to enter it?  Or is it not available to nonresidents?

Michigan 529 contribution deduction for nonresident

Michigan allows nonresidents to contribute and claim a deduction for a 529 plan. You will need the CD/Download version of TurboTax to enter the subtraction.

How do I switch from TurboTax Online to TurboTax CD/Download?

Here's how:

  1. Tap Forms in the upper right
  2. Select Schedule 1 in the left column (Forms in My Return)
  3. Enter your contribution on line 17

The Michigan Educational Savings Program says:

If you move to another state, you can keep your money invested and continue making contributions to your MESP account. Before investing in a 529 plan, you should consider whether the state where you or your designated beneficiary reside or have taxable income offers favorable state tax treatment or other benefits if you invest in that state’s 529 plan.
