Medical covered california form never came

Hi there!

I have been waiting on the 1095 form to show proof of insurance. It never came I have called and gone down to office they said they resent it twice, still never showed up. They said they cant print it for me and they said its also unavailable to download (only la care can be downloaded apparently.) I need to file taxes, what do i do?!

Unfortunately that form is necessary for your taxes.  You'll need to get them to keep re-sending it unless they can direct you to a different place to get a copy.  Perhaps you could request that they send a copy to a different address and use an address where you can pick it up?
