Massachusetts Download not "downloading"?? Desktop glitch??

Trying to download and complete Massachusetts Tax Year 2022 state filing. REceived this image when trying to download and complete - the window states Mass filing opens 12/07/22???  here is the screenshot - tried a few times then received "error - try back later" - is there a known glitch with this state download?

The state you hav chosen doesn't have files yet - but MASS has opened up back in DEC 2022.  Even the error window says forms available 12/07/22.  Help needed

this is not helpful.  the link you provided does not connect me to TT customer support - it's simply a bunch of links in this commmunity - please provide an escalation link.

I am not able to download Massachusetts state tax file as well! When I clicked "Download" button, selected the "Massachusetts", then "Next", "Continue", and was presented a blank screen with small button "Close". Nothing happened! I am filing the tax on MacOS.

Tax is due next week, Please help, TurboTax!

Called TurboTax and the customer service is very helpful. The problem got resolved by rebooting my laptop!
