Maryland TWO-INCOME MARRIED COUPLE SUBTRACTION WORKSHEET

My spouse does not work, but we received interest on a joint savings account. TurboTax split that interest in half and looks like it is calling her half income for her as it shows up on the TWO-INCOME MARRIED COUPLE SUBTRACTION WORKSHEET. I didn't see an explanation and want to be certain that is correct.

Yes, that is correct. If the savings account was owned jointly, then the interest will be split in half for purpose of the Two Income married Couple Worksheet.
