Maryland tax deadline clarification

I understand the deadline for individuals is in July. Businesses are due Monday. I own a business, but am a sole proprietor (no EIN number). I normally just put this on a schedule C on my personal taxes. Do I still get until July to file?

seems I can't call them until Monday morning

The pass-through entities it is referring to are partnerships and S-Corporations.  Your Schedule C is filed on your personal tax return.  Also, remember your state return and payment are not due until July 15, but your Federal return and payment are due 4/18.

Yes. You have until July 15 because you are an individual filer.

Maryland tax deadline clarification

Hello,

they seem to put out an updated one:

it appears "past-through" don't get this extension. but I don't know how I would file my schedule C only for monday, and then my personal by july. again, I'm sole proprietor and that's a "pass-through" entity?
