Live in Iowa need to file Iowa return.. I have income from South Dakota and they don't impose any tax so it won't efile

How can I efile - it keeps trying to fix the return

IA 130SP  Line B  - Tax imposed by other state - I have put in 0 - but it still trying to fix - it won't let it be 0

Are you entering this zero in the TurboTax Iowa interview, or are you in Forms mode and entering the zero directly on to the Iowa form?

Ah, in the Review. Although it seems like you can make entries in the Review when the Review spots an error, it usually is not a good idea to make the entry there.

In most cases, you need to return to the interview to make the entry there. 

I have not looked yet at the Iowa interview to see what kind of question it is asking but can you return to it in the regular Iowa state interview and make the entry there? Then rerun the Review.

And if this does not work, then in that question in the Iowa interview delete the entry (i.e., make it blank) and rerun the Review.

Do you have taxes paid to any other state? If you worked only in South Dakota (aside from Iowa), I don't even know why TurboTax would ask this, unless you indicated that you lived outside of Iowa part of the year.
