If the income is showing up on the federal Schedule 1, it is taxable.
If you reported Other Income in 2018 and want to do the same in 2019, you can click on the "magnifying glass Search" icon on the top row, enter "other income" in the search window and hit return or enter, and then click on the "Jump to other income" link.

Schedule 1 has no area to enter non-taxable income. Only taxable income is entered on Lines 1 thru 8.
Adjustments to Income is entered on Lines 10 thru 21.
