Keeps bringing me to the Continue Screen, unable to file CT state return.

TurboTax is not letting me file my state return. It keeps bringing me back to the Continue screen, or "look over your return." My federal taxes have been accepted. My state is accepting the state returns today. But I am unable to file them.
I have done everything--even started over a few times. 
I do not have the option to print the return and use the paper filing. 

I followed every step, and reviewed everything. I don't understand what has gone wrong here--and I cannot get a single response from the company.

Lots of  federal and/or state forms are not ready yet.   You have to e-file your federal return first, and then your state.  The state will not accept a return until the IRS has accepted your federal return. The IRS begins to accept returns on January 23.  If you are waiting for federal forms you will also have to wait to file your state.
