Kansas Return says to delete direct deposit info

When I try to file my Kansas return, it says I must delete my direct deposit info to file since I’m filing by mail. I’ve never filed by mail, nor did I choose to file by mail this time.

Ok so I put my direct deposit to a banking account that was closed for my tax returns when will I be able to get my refund since I cannot no longer use my banking account
