It seems that Turbotax has the wrong code for "other transit and ground passenger transportation". It should be 485990 NOT 485900. I checked IRS website. Am I correct?

It seems that you are correct. The IRS business activity codes are used for statistical purposes, and won't affect your tax results, and they are based on the North American Industry Classification System.
