What is Column E, Ln 26-Moving asking for? The TurboTax wizard has Column A and D equal, but the final check system lands me here. I moved into CA from WA.

It's asking for the Calif portion of the total. In your case, since you moved into Calif you get all of the deduction. Enter the total amount in Column E.

The total Calif moving expenses amount as if you were a resident all year - the $$ you see to the left of the input field. Enter that same amount for the Calif-source.
