I had someone file my 2017 return but i can't seem to find it on my account

It is possible that the tax preparer used another email, ID, and/or password to file your return, which you can obtain from them. If not, try these remedies to see if you can locate your return.

If you cannot log into Turbo Tax go to Forgot your TurboTax User ID or password?

If you can log into Turbo Tax then you can check your account with Turbo Tax by using the first link below.
