I paid for my son's after school care thru the city's after school club but I di not receive any documents from them with their tax ID. Does that mean they are tax exemptd

IF it is a city sponsored child care it it most likely tax exempt but they could tell you if you ask.

Thank you the quick answer. It is sponsored by the city. But I will make sure to ask them on Monday. Does this affect the child care tax credit???? Because I pay them about $500 every 3 months for after school care
