Please keep your questions in one thread. It gets too confusing when you start new questions in other threads and post them under different categories. I happened to notice this. If the 2017 income you entered into the online software is what the IRS accepted, then you have a problem that will have to be fixed later on---you cannot amend a return right after it has been e-filed. You have to wait for it to be fully processed.
It is still not clear what you really did. Did you put all of the income on that one tax return? Or did you enter all of your W-2's on that same tax form? Does that tax return have the CA and NV income on it?
This will not help right now--for you--but for anyone else reading your posts----when you do not really understand what you are doing and have never filed a tax return before----ask questions BEFORE you go ahead and e-file a tax return. It is a lot easier to catch and fix mistakes before you send an incorrect return to the IRS.
