IT-140-147 - If Schedule M Line 37 contains a value, then PrepaidTuition.pdf is a required attachment.

I received this error in my WV State filing.   However, as I've researched, there isn't a way to attach and refile, even though TurboTax's message states, "Please review the reason for the reject. If necessary, make the appropriate change, and re-submit this return electronically."

That message should more accurately state, "Per Schedule M, Line 37, you are required to attach the required documentation. Therefore, print and mail your forms, and TurboTax will refund you for your state tax purchase."  Ok - I made up that last part, but that's how I feel!  The above error message should be fixed.
