Issue with NJ tax return

Why does the state form says healthcare coverage is available but i cant finish filing my taxes it keeps asking for this L, worksheet

Already filed with H&R plus getting 2000 mire rgan turbine was saying I was

According to that link it says it's available bit that's not true

That's a lie because every time i get to that part i get the same message

Turbo tax when will this be finalized. IRS starts accepting tomorrow. I would like to file like a good citizen and get my hard earned money back in a timely fashion.

I just spoke to a representative and they indicated the form will be ready on 1/30/2020

 I just switched to H&R Block filed my taxes finally... turbotax is play to many games, trust me just switch to H&R save the headache.

Looks like it should be ready by jan 29 2020 at least that's what my screen said at one point

Still unable to complete New Jersey filing, and even the offer to signup for automatic notification when this is possible produces an error message:  Unable to load messageid No forms or products have been specified. Please close the window and try again. for en_US.

So, now forced to keep checking for this update manually - very disappointing - will look at other programs next year.

NJ works really slow it’s just a form.
Today is 1-28-20 and the form still not ready .

Do H.R Block and other filing office has the same error or just Turbo Tax? Waiting eternally here :(

Turbotax seem to be the only one have this problem, and customer support seem like they dont have an answer for when it will be fixed.

So I switched and as able to file with H&R no problems no hassle with them.
