Not from Turbo Tax.  The Refund Advance program has ended for 2024 and won't open until Jan for 2025.   Are you asking about a 2024 return you filed or for 2025 before you file?  For 2025 you could change your withholding to be less but be careful you could end up owing next April.

I will adjust my withholding when I start working again. It was one big check for teaching summer school, so I didn't think to look at my withholding. I lost an entire months rent,  and now, can't pay rent or bills. I was wondering in there was a way to reach out to the IRS and get that money reimbursed, I guess. I had written it off as lost money, but it's a LOT of lost money, and I am currently in the hole because of it.

Sorry if they took out federal and state income tax withholding you have to wait until you file your return next year to get it back....if you have a refund on your total income.
