I live and work remotely in IN for a company based in CA. In 2022 I was a full year Indiana resident. For the first few paychecks of 2022 my company withheld IN income taxes, CA income taxes, and CA SDI. It was then corrected to only withhold IN income taxes. In turbo tax I am able to get the CA state taxes refunded, but the CA SDI is not. Is there a way to get the CA SDI refunded?

According to the CA Franchise Board 2022 Form 540NR, you should contact your employer to get a refund of the CA SDI erroneously withheld.
Basically, If one employer withheld too much they need to fix it. If you had more than one employer, then you can use form 540NR to claim a refund. Since yours is not a problems with 2 employers, your employer will need to handle it.
