How should I report out of state online purchases on which no state tax was paid? I didn't keep track of them.

I can't find out how to apply a minimum state tax to cover undeclared out of state and untaxed purchases.

If you don't know the exact amount, you'll have to come up with an estimate based on your records. Perhaps your credit card statements for 2016 would help.
