If w2 Box 15 says MO, 16 has amount, no withholding taken, I earned the money and live in DC, do I just ignore it?

If w2 Box 15 says MO (where I formally lived), 16 has amount of my income, but no withholding taken or reported in box 17.  I earned the money and live in DC, do I just ignore it? Do I have to report or file in Missouri?

If you didn't work in the state, live in the state or have withholding in box 17 in the state; then you don't need to file in MO. So, if that's the case (which it sounds like it is) then you can just ignore it and not enter it.
