Idaho tax return modifications

Spotify last year's tax return from the state of Idaho to reflect it with the federal government did with my tax return when it was modified because of unemployment insurance state of Idaho did not modify theirs and I was charged as if I was not able to write off that money how do I do this and get my money back

Idaho taxes unemployment benefits. The federal tax was waived up to $10,200 in unemployment income  but not the state of Idaho.
