I worked on part of my taxes last week. When I logged in today, my work was not there. It's starting me from scratch.

I completed most of the income section last week. When I logged in today to work some more, it was starting the questions from scratch. Any suggestions on getting back to where i left off?

I worked on part of my taxes last week. When I logged in today, my work was not there. It's starting me from scratch.

It's possible that you have multiple accounts linked to your email address. When logging in, use your email address instead of a username and you should be prompted to choose which account you want to log into.

I just tried that.  I did have 2 accounts, but both were blank.  I think I'll skip the online version and just buy the download.  I don't want to risk losing it all again.
