I want a refund from Intuit for State of Alabama tax software

I want a refund from Intuit for State of Alabama tax software that I paid for. There are several items that could have been autofilled from my federal return. The "About Your Retirement Distributions" page shows all the "Paid By" as "Untitled" but these are filled in with the "Payer" on the Federal return. There is no way to edit the "Untitled" in the "Paid By" column. (The "Gross Dist." column is filled in with the amount from the federal return.)

State of Kansas has an item that could have been read from previous year state return.

What is the point of paying for tax software that does not help automate your work!
