I understand that live tax experts are available...how do I stop these ads from continually showing up when I'm trying to do my taxes?

Is there a way to opt out from ads as we are doing our taxes? It's obvious that there is additional help available with the button "LIVE TAX ADVICE" in the upper right hand corner.

Unfortunately in TurboTax Online, you are not able to disable them. However, they should go away as you progress through your return.

**Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post
**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"

Have not received my tax return and it just continues to say in process. When I called they said they need no additional information from me. Very confused about this.
